On The Run Marketing is a food distributor in Cape Town supplying dry goods, food-service packaging and cleaning chemicals to the trade. We opened the Cape Town branch in 2023, bringing the warehousing model we have run in Johannesburg since 2007 to the Western Cape, and operate from our own warehouse in Stikland Industrial, Bellville, holding more than 2,000 stocked lines on site.
Stikland sits on the N1 corridor with quick access to the R300 and the N2, which is what lets us run the metro and the wider Western Cape off a single depot.

Our Johannesburg warehouse covers the inland provinces separately, namely Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West. We do not currently deliver into KwaZulu-Natal, the Eastern Cape or the Free State.
Deliveries run on fixed weekly routes by area rather than on demand. Each account has a set delivery day, so you can order to a cycle and plan stock around a date you can rely on. If you are outside the metro, tell us where you are and we will confirm which day your area runs.

The FSA requirements were compiled from the current versions of SANS 10049 for prerequisite programmes, SANS 10330 for HACCP and ISO 22000, alongside applicable South African law and compulsory specifications. If you run a supplier audit or are putting a contract out to tender, ask and we will send the certificate through.
